The bed & breakfast, "La casa sul fiume" (House on the river), is situated just a few steps from the center of Treviso. This fascinating town, encircled by a wall from the fifteenth century, lies on the banks of the Sile River, and was already celebrated in Dante’s Paradise.
The house on the River is a lovely, purist Art Nouveau building surrounded by a beautiful, peaceful garden. If the spirit moves, you can explore the Sile River directly from the grounds of the property with a two-seater canoe.
The villa has a large common room and comfortably-furnished rooms in which you can listen to music or read. Venice is an easy 25 minutes from Treviso’s train station.
